Can I buy a ready made hat?

Our priority is to make to order to help minimise overstocking or wastage on unsold pre made works. As such, each hat is made to order to ensure we can accommodate your measurements and needs in the best way possible. Three or four times a year, we offer off the rack pieces for direct sale via our Social Media platforms. Please be sure to sign up to our newsletter to receive notices on these events.

How long does an order take?

When you order your hat, you will be given a lead time for making the piece. We endeavour to carry a broad range of materials in our workroom, but sometimes special colours or supplies need to be ordered in which may impact on the time required. As a general rule, we aim for a 6 week turnaround time as the maximum, but we will keep in touch with you as your order progresses to ensure you are kept up to date.

If you need a hat for a specific event or date, let us know at the time of ordering and we will let you know if we can meet your needs.

Can I order multiple trims?

Yes of course! Just indicate “unfixed” trims in your order request and you will be able to slip your sashes on and off your hat to suit your mood. You can also opt to have a leather cord fixed in place, with silk sashes as extras to slip over the top.

How do I know what kind of hat will suit me?

Whilst some of us are more confident in knowing what will work, we understand that is not the case for everyone. If you’re not sure what works for you, or have some concerns around how to choose, hop in touch with us and we are happy to work through your concerns to ensure you make a great choice for you!
