Shipping & Returns


We use Australia Post for shipping and only offer Express Postage for our parcels sent within Australia. Whilst this does not guarantee overnight delivery from our location, we use it to ensure your parcel is prioritised through the system and spends the minimum amount of time in travelling to you that is required.

For international postage, please indicate your Country/City/Postcode at the time of your order inquiry and we will offer you a specific quote for delivery.

Each hat comes packaged in a hat box and is wrapped and packed to best protect the parcel. Insurance is not included in your postage (please request this as additional if you would like us to include) and we are not responsible for damage occurring once the parcel has left the workroom.


Please choose your order carefully. A non refundable deposit is payable to confirm your order.

As each hat is made to order specifications for each customer, we are unable to offer returns on our orders. If there is something that you think is not right with your order, or if changes are required, please contact us at within 7 days to discuss with us so we can address your concerns and needs.

We do not accept responsibility for, nor offer returns or replacement on goods that have been damaged in wearing or due to not being handled correctly.
